SmallCorp stocks an assortment of acrylic glazing sheets, from framing-grade clear to museum-quality Optium®. Through a proprietary process, we can join sheets of 6mm Optium Museum Acrylic® end to end, with a museum-quality seam to create sheets larger than 72″ x 120”. We sell acrylic by the full sheet or cut-to-size. Cut edges can be saw-cut, machined polished, or hand polished.

Seamed Optium Museum Acrylic®
Tru Vue’s Optium Museum Acrylic® is a premier acrylic glazing for conservation and exhibition. This virtually invisible acrylic is anti-static, anti-reflective, abrasion-resistant, and UV-filtering, making it appropriate for any project. An optical coating on both sides of the acrylic substrate provides its unique anti-reflective properties.
Optium’s® coating precludes the use of traditional acrylic fabrication techniques, which is why we have developed our own proprietary process. Specialized tooling and techniques allow us to create museum-quality joints, bonding Optium Museum Acrylic® sheets end to end. Through this proprietary process, Optium® glazing larger than 72” x 120” is possible. The nearly invisible seam is strong and withstands normal handling, as well as shipping around the world.
