Mike Dunphy
Mike has been with SmallCorp since 2010 and is well acquainted with all aspects of the business. His 16 years as SmallCorp’s Director of Sales and Marketing has uniquely prepared him to step into the role of President. Mike’s focus is on continuous improvement as he leads and shapes the future of SmallCorp.
Frank Degnen
Frank is our Accounting, Software, & IT Guru who manages our day-to-day Accounting & Payroll, as well as some HR responsibilities. He also applies his many talents to business and software management as well as custom programming.
Laura Bergstrom
Laura has a wealth of knowledge and experience with various aspects of organizing and running a successful custom shop. Her critical evaluation of our current practices, processes, and procedures, will only improve work flow and lead-times.
Sarah Anderson
Sarah is our front-line customer service representative. She has a wealth of experience in manufacturing, customer service, and freight management. She assists all clients, but her primary focus is working with picture framers, galleries, and artists.
Laura Ludwig
Laura assists with projects from simple picture framing needs to complex exhibits and everything in between. She has twenty years of museum exhibition experience as a preparator and exhibit designer. Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and is a practicing artist.
Benjamin Boerum
Ben works on both large and small museum and picture framing projects. He has over twenty years of experience in project management, customer service, and business operations, including extensive preservation work in NYC museums and private collections.
Tina Beckwith
Tina has many years of purchasing and inventory experience. Her primary responsibilities are to process workorders, evaluate inventory needs, and buy the best quality materials at the best price.
Micheal Rhodes
Mike is responsible for designing and detailing our display cases. From large projects to small, he is there to support staff and coordinate with our fabricators. His designs allow for our customers visions to become a reality.

Kristina McComb
Kristina is a bit of a jack-of-all-trades here at SmallCorp. She is our in-house photographer, graphic designer, and social media & website coordinator. Her previous position on the production floor provided hands-on experience with many of our processes. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and is a practicing artist.

Van & Molly Wood
Van & Molly spent 40 years growing and leading SmallCorp. They’re enjoying a well-deserved retirement – volunteering, reading, baking bread, and spending time at their camp in Maine.
Hoyt Wood & Jennifer Austin
After more than 40 years of working for SmallCorp and then ultimately becoming President, Hoyt is now semi-retired. He continues to oversee financial and strategic management as the owner.
Hoyt’s wife, Jen, is semi-retired. She still enjoys being active on the SmallCorp Marketing Team as well as having many outside interests.
