Hoyt Wood – President
Hoyt oversees day-to-day SmallCorp management, which includes everything from exhibit case design to facility management. Hoyt grew up in “the shop” and has spent more than 30 years at Small Corp. He has done every job in the plant. In fact, he helped build the current facility.
Jennifer Austin – Business Manager
Hoyt’s wife and partner-in-crime, Jen wears many hats here at SmallCorp. She is in charge of raw material purchasing, A/P, A/R, HR including benefits management, and day-to-day business management.
Mike Dunphy – Sales and Marketing Manager
Mike works on large projects including specialized display case design and manufacturing. He’s also in charge of sales and marketing. Mike’s background includes managing complex, nationwide projects on tight timeframes.
Frank Degnen – Business Manager
Frank manages the day-to-day accounting, payroll, and supplies purchasing, and applies his talents to all aspects of SmallCorp management, including the programming of our ERP system.
Kevin Kearns – Production Manager
Kevin oversees the manufacturing floor and is responsible for scheduling, quality control and on-time shipping.
Sarah Anderson – Inside Sales
Sarah is our front line customer service representative and freight specialist. She has a wealth of experience in manufacturing, customer service and freight management. She helps everyone, but her primary focus is picture framers, galleries and artists.
Laura Ludwig – Inside Sales
Laura has an art degree and twenty years of museum exhibition experience. She can help with your projects, from simple picture framing needs to complex exhibits, and everything in between.
Josh Flagg – Exhibit Case Designer
Josh is our multi-talented head of design and drafting, and is responsible for product design and close collaboration with our craftspeople.
Danielle Salemi – Exhibit Case Designer
Danielle’s CAD Software, Machine Technology, and CNC education, made her jump from our metal department to our engineering department. She works with Josh and our craftspeople to turn crazy ideas into buildable designs.
Van and Molly Wood
Van and Molly spent more than 40 years leading and growing SmallCorp. They’re enjoying a well-deserved retirement, volunteering, reading and spending time at their camp in Maine.
