Managers

Hoyt Wood & Jennifer Austin
Hoyt grew up in “the shop” and has spent 40 years at SmallCorp. He is responsible for establishing company goals and strategies. He also likes to help with exhibit case design and facility management.
Hoyt’s wife and partner-in-crime, Jen, has a combined 21 years working at SmallCorp and is in-charge of Purchasing, A/R collections, HR, and day-to-day office management.

Mike Dunphy
Mike is responsible for developing and planning the larger projects, from initial client contact through ensuring on-time shipments. He manages the Customer Service and Sales & Marketing teams. Mike’s background includes managing complex, nationwide projects on tight timeframes.

Frank Degnen
Frank is our Accounting, Software, & IT Guru who manages our day-to-day Accounting, Payroll, & Purchasing Departments. He also applies his many talents to business and software management as well as custom programming.

Kevin Kearns
Kevin plans, schedules, coordinates, and monitors the flow of products through the complete production cycle. He oversees all shop staff and ensures there are enough resources on hand.
Sales

Sarah Anderson
Sarah is our front-line customer service representative. She has a wealth of experience in manufacturing, customer service, and freight management. She assists all clients, but her primary focus is working with picture framers, galleries, and artists.

Laura Ludwig
Laura assists with projects from simple picture framing needs to complex exhibits and everything in between. She holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts and has twenty years of museum exhibition experience
CAD Department

Micheal Rhodes
Mike is responsible for designing and detailing our display cases. From large projects to small, he is there to support staff and coordinate with our fabricators. His designs allow for our customers visions to become a reality.
Media Relations

Kristina McComb
Because of her many talents, Kristina is a bit of a jack-of-all-trades here at SmallCorp. She is our in-house photographer, social media & website coordinator, and on occasion, is called to fill-in on the production floor. Kristina holds a Bachelors in Fine Arts.

Van & Molly Wood
Van & Molly spent 40 years growing and leading SmallCorp. They’re enjoying a well-deserved retirement – volunteering, reading, baking bread, and spending time at their camp in Maine.
