Heavy-duty spacers for large picture frames

These rugged spacers are made to fit our TIG7 and TIG8 profiles, as well as custom profiles with faces 1” or wider. They are fitted to your frame and can be powdercoated in one of our standard colors.  Channel fillets consist of an aluminum channel with a poplar infill and are installed to the frame with screws from the outside (meaning two sets of visible screws, one set for the fillets, and one for the strainer.)  While they are typically finished to match the frame, aluminum channel fillets can also be made with a complementary color. Custom channel fillet’s dimensions are based on available material.
