Text Rail Collar
Welded aluminum with 5 inch label space and a powdercoat finish. Any of our powdercoat colors are available.

External Label Rails
Aluminum label holders now integrate with all our Y Cases and B Cases as well as all Flat Cases built after January 2010. (Custom options are available for other cases). Label rails hold a 5" tall insert, have a durable powdercoated finish and are available in 5" and 10" lengths. Custom lengths are available.
Options include:
   - any powdercoat finish
   - non-glare acrylic cover

Wall Label Holder
Standard Sizes
Standard label rails hold a 5” tall insert and have a durable powdercoated finish and non-glare acrylic face. They come in 5” and 10” long.

Custom Sizes
Our label holder system can be adapted to fit your insert sizes. Powdercoated finish and non-glare acrylic face are standard. Adaptors for barrier posts are also available.

Archival Deck Insert
Options include:

Pedestal
Our pedestals are constructed of Medex with leveling feet. Finish options include laminate, wood veneer, painted to spec, ready to paint.

Silica Gel Products
SmallCorp silica gel is a type A Beaded Gel with an equilibrium moisture content of 30% and an M Value of 6.8 at 50% RH. We can ship Silica Gel dry or preconditioned to meet your needs. Available in bulk or via the products below.

Silica Gel Cartridge — Our standard cartridge is 4” x 1” x 10” and comes with 500g of gel. It is made from high density polyethylene and polyester nonwoven fabric and transpires through both sides. It stands on edge for maximum air exposure.  The cartridge is refillable, using SmallCorp gel or other media.  Custom sizes are available.

Silica Gel Pouch — Our standard pouch holds 250g of gel and measures 8” x 4 ½”. It is made from nonwoven polypropylene fabric to transpire through both sides. The pouch is easily shapeable to fit in irregular spaces.

Silica Gel Tubes — Gel tubes are 1/2” diameter and 10” long. They hold 27g of dry gel - all weights are calculated on a dry basis. Tubes are nylon, with polyurethane, and neutral-cure silicone adhesive. Tubes come in re-sealable bags of 20.

Silica Gel Reconditioning
We offer two systems for rapid reconditioning of gel. The small unit will handle up to 3kg of bulk gel per batch. The large unit is designed for reconditioning up to about 50kg of tubes, pouches, or cartridges and comes with a small convection oven, scales, and Extech RHT20 Datalogger. This is very convenient for traveling exhibitions where gel may need to be reconditioned on the road. These units are designed to work with our online reconditioning calculator.

Microclimate Generators
SmallCorp is pleased to be a distributor of Preservatech’s Active Microclimate Generators. The PMCG Microclimate Generator regulates the humidity in your case without the need for water and the associated filling and emptying of reservoirs. Once the machine is set up, humidity within the display case will be maintained for years. PMCG devices are able to maintain a relative humidity from below 17% up to 70% at ambient temperatures of 32°F to 70°F.
 
One unit is required per case. Supplementary units may be added to increase capacity. PMCG units are very quiet, use very little power source and do not require special ventilation.
 
Three models are available:
· DD - Dehumidifying only
· HH - Humidifying only
· DH - Humidifying and Dehumidifying
 
Different power levels are available to account for varying case sizes.

LED Lighting Systems
SmallCorp LED products are sold as accessories with our cases. They are not stand-alone products.

SmallCorp LED Spotlights — Our stylish and low-profile spotlights can integrate continuously adjustable color temperatures from “Warm”/2700ºK to “Cool”/6000ºK, or can have a fixed light level. We provide an interchangeable optics kit that allows you to adjust the beam from flood to spot. Spotlights mount on slim aluminum posts (standard and custom lengths available) or on magnetic bases, and feature an adjustable head angle and multiple mounting options.

SmallCorp LED Lightbars — Our proprietary design can integrate continuously adjustable color temperatures from “Warm”/2700ºK to “Cool”/6000ºK, or can have a fixed light level. Our LED lightstrips are housed in an attractive and durable powdercoated aluminum channel with an adjustable lighting angle and multiple mounting solutions.

Dataloggers
The Extech RHT-20 is the most economical datalogger we’ve found that offers temperature and Relative Humidity readouts in addition to datalogging capabilities. Features:
