Welded aluminum with 3, 4 or 5 inch label space and a powdercoat finish. Any of our powdercoat colors are available.

Pedestal
Our pedestals are constructed of Medex with leveling feet. Finish options include laminate, wood veneer, painted to spec, ready to paint.

Base & Insert (Tabletop Cases)
Step-bases are available in either acrylic (clear, black, or white) or Medex, a low formaldehyde wood panel. Finish options for the medex base include laminate, wood veneer, black and ready to paint.

For a base with a channel for the cover, we offer an aluminum surround with an insert. The aluminum surround is typically powdercoated, but may also be brushed finish or covered with a wood cap (oak, ash, maple, cherry, walnut, mahogany or black lacquer).

Channel bases include solid or raised panel inserts. Solid panel inserts can be laminated, veneered or left ready to paint. Raised panel inserts can be white or black acrylic.

Silica Gel Tiles
Our silica gel tiles are made from polypropylene honeycomb and polyester nonwoven fabric. No adhesives are used. Tiles are available in 1/4”, 1/2” and 1” thickness, 12” square and custom sizes. 1/2” tiles have 1# gel per square foot, 1” tiles have 2# per square foot. (Gel has average M value of 9 at 30-70%RH; EMC=25% at 50% RH).

Flow-through design allows for optimal air contact with gel. Available conditioned or unconditioned.
